RETURNS

• Please email customer service for returns instructions - info@postal-brand.com
• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on www.postal-brand.com
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
• Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
• We do not accept returns for Postal products not purchased from www.postal-brand.com
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returns postage.
